Veiw time index 3.50 – 4.10 to hear this york reigonal police officer clearly state, “This ain’t canada right now.” As a pedestrian attempts to go about his way, refusing an illegal search well outside the police duristiction.
A little further into the clip, the other officer attempts to stop the videographer from recording and even take his camera.
